About us

The company of Josa Ltd was founded in 1992 by the sole owner.

We are a successful engineering company that can demonstrate long experience in metal manufacturing. Namely, we do material sectioning with almost all available methods. We have extensive experience in mechanical machining and processing of sheet metal. We are engaged in welding of steel structures, pressure tanks, bodies of tangential tanks for burning of biomass, rotating parts, stainless, aluminium, via known welding methods TIG, WIG, MIG, MAG with the support of technicians and protective gases of the Linde Gas company.

Besides the above mentioned industrial activities, we manufacture industrial fans, welded pressure tanks, mechanical seals, feeders and other machine components, according to the assignment and drawing documentation of customers. We dispose of our own coat-workshop where expept from the powder-coating, we can arrange any kind of coatings, in cooperation with our partners. According to the requirement of our customers we can ensure sandblasting, powder coating, chrome plating, zinc plating, cadmium plating, blackening.

We have many satisfied customers in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and Denmark.

We have our own freight transportation which allows us to realize supplies to our domestic and foreign customers „Just in time“.

Our broad technology base allows us to realize complex supply of products with weight limit to 5,000 kg, including the following ways of processing:

• Cutting (by laser, water jet, plasma, propan, etc.)
• Tooling
• Processing of sheet metal
• Welding of structures and pressure tanks
• Calibration (including calibration protocol)
• Transportation

For the linchpin of our success we consider our skilled workforce, excellent quality of production and keeping the delivery time-schedule strict.

Geographically, we are conveniently located in the south of the Czech Republic with direct road links with Austria and Germany.

We use the constructional program AUTOCAD: 2D, 3D, Autodesk Inventor.
